IN THE WORKPLACE
Transformative learning often arises when people are leading a significant change process that requires deep understanding and commitment from staff.
The program is designed with you. You might include consultation sessions to assist you for planning, implementation, or evaluation of your initiative. You could include modules from the Facilitating Transformative Learning course that has been developed from Judi’s doctoral thesis, which outlines her model and specific strategies.
There could also be resource development, workshops and conference presentations to support implementation.
FOR PARENTING EDUCATION, HEALTH EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION
This course has been developed from Judi’s doctoral thesis. It starts with using Judi’s model to explore the transformative learning aspects of your program and then takes you through specific strategies to facilitate transformative learning at the different phases.
It concludes by looking at various aspects of the role of the facilitator.
This program can be customised to consider the specifics of your area of practice and your local context.
